You can customize how long you like your balut incubated for, note that in Canada the balut will not develop any further if you leave it on the counter, it’s just too cold! We recommend keeping them in the refrigerator until you cook them.
A good starting point is 18 days old for duck balut, and 15 days old for chicken balut, but we can adjust your order to your personal preference.

10+ balut per month, $1.75 per duck balut or $1.25 per chicken balut
